IATA Cargo Agent
Kroll has been appointed by IATA as an IATA Cargo Agent and is on the IATA agent list. This means that the freight forwarder is authorised by IATA to receive cargo, process air waybills and collect charges.
Member of the World Cargo Alliance
As an international freight forwarder, Kroll is a member of the World Cargo Alliance, the exclusive global network of independent international freight forwarders. With more than 6700 member offices in 193 countries, the World Cargo Alliance is the leading organisation for transport companies. Constant monitoring of the members ensures that the high standards of the freight forwarders organised here are maintained.

As a member of the World Logistic Alliance, we are convinced that there are benefits to be gained from networking people, pooling our strengths and resources and cooperating with other members. These benefits include, above all, the provision of more cost-effective products and services and the strengthening of market awareness among all members.
IGLU Air Cargo
Membership of this interest group still enables us to have concentrated purchasing power, competitive rates and secure capacities today.
In the year 2,000, 5,000 kilograms were shipped via IGLU – today it is over 20,0000 tonnes. From its original 10 members, IGLU has grown to 25 members.
IGLU is a non-profit organisation. It is not IGLU but the individual hauliers who make the profit. IGLU is financed by monthly membership fees.
Air freight plays an important role in global logistics. The pandemic year has also shown that air freight was an important component for the security of supply for the population, especially in the transport of medical products and protective goods as well as in the maintenance of supplies. The BDL expects the number of tonne-kilometres transported to double over the next 20 years, and IGLU naturally wants to be part of this.

As a GDP-certified logistics provider, Kroll offers manufacturers of pharmaceutical products transparency and seamless traceability throughout the entire supply chain.

Kroll Internationale Spedition has been approved by the Federal Aviation Office (LBA) as a regulated agent with the number DE/RA/00229.
Full service provider for all customs formalities
The Kroll forwarding company handles the customs formalities for export and import via Alfa / Atlas customer declarations. Kroll takes care of processing the necessary customs documents, such as the ATA Carnet.
