FCL (Full Container Load)

When it comes to container forwarding, FCL stands for a fully loaded container. The container is fully loaded by the sender and is unloaded by the recipient at its destination.

LCL (Less than Container Load)

In container forwarding, LCL means consolidated consignment or piece goods shipping. This refers to partial consignments that are loaded into containers throughout the whole transport chain. Unloading takes place by the individual recipients at different locations.
